Our History
Journey Through
IC Care's Rich History
Since 1974, IC Care has been delivering meals through Meals on Wheels, expanding their services to include the Picton Neighbour Aid Service in 1992. In 2008, the services merged under WSACCI. Their commitment to the community led to the establishment of the Wollondilly Senior Friendship Group, now known as IC Care, providing outreach day care services for older individuals. In 1982, the Camden District Activity Centre was created to combat social isolation and became part of IC Care in 2018. Today, IC Care continues to provide essential support services, empowering the elderly and younger people with a disability in our community.
