IC Care supports frail aged individuals and their carers in Wollondilly & Camden, offering Social Support Group, Social Support Individual services, and Meals on Wheels to help maintain independence and social connections.
IC Care is an inclusive employer providing community care and support. Staff are provided with role-specific training, e.g., organisation induction, manual handling, professional boundaries, and food handling. A full range of online training and Traineeship options are also available.

Various Roles Available - Aged Care
They range from Social Support Group Program workers, Kitchen Assistant and Cooks, Administration roles, and Support Workers. We welcome people who speak other languages and is an aged and disability employer and provider.
Commitment: Casual, part-time, and full-time roles available.
Key Responsibilities
These will be provided depending on the role(s) that you are interested in.
Requirements:
- First Aid certificate
- Class C license minimum (LR for Group Program staff)
- Driving history check and comprehensively insured vehicle
- National criminal history check
- NDIS Worker screening check
- Ability to work within a team and also autonomously
- Smartphone to access rostering app
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia
